Pieces are deducted when an order is confirmed. The exact piece value of each garment is shown before checkout.

Do unused pieces roll over?

Eligible unused pieces roll over if you pay for the next subscription within 10 days after the previous subscription expires.

How long does laundry take?

Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from intake. Bulky duvets or specialized native wear may take up to 4 days.

How is delivery confirmed?

The rider verifies delivery by requesting your 4-digit security code before handing over the sealed laundry.
