OPERATIONAL PROTOCOL

Doorstep Intake & Verification Standards

Each rider follows standard Fòasò anti-tamper handling:

1. Doorstep Inspection & Tagging

Rider seals the laundry bag with a serialized tamper-evident zip tag before departure.

2. Clean Return & 4-Digit Code Handover

Upon return delivery, clean garments are only handed over after the customer provides their private 4-digit verification code.

Internal Staff Directory & Role Assignments

Manage team accounts, assign roles (Super Admin, Finance, Clothes Intake & Tagging, QC, Operations, Delivery Staff), and control permissions.

CHECKING-IN & INTAKE STATION

Record Laundry Intake & Affix Tag

When bags arrive from riders, check in the order, confirm physical piece counts, record fabric/stain sensitivities, and lock the serialized tag barcode.
